If the current organisational hierarchy no longer fits correctly then a new Site or Department may be needed. The process for adding a new site or department is identical. Ensure that you are within the correct Site, Department or Sub-department that you wish to add too then click the Add New button.
Enter the Site or Department Name and a description (optional). The default activation date is to Use Parent Activation Date and this is the recommended setting, (unless specified otherwise during training). To complete click Add New Site/Department.
