This report provides a detailed record of all Lync activity for each employee, allowing you to see a detailed record of all activity for that employee. It has a Directory Filter, Date Time Filter, Call Flow Filter, Call Type Filter, Response Type Filter, Media Type Filter, Large Report Filter, and an Extra Query Filter.

  3. Call Flow filter settings
  4. Media Type filter settings

  11. The session is a call and is sorted by Call Flow
  12. When the session occurred

  19. Where the session originated from
  20. How the session was responded to
  21. The cost of the session
  22. Totals for this session
